Not all TV stations will be going digital upon the February 19, 2009 transition. While the digital transition will see Full Power TV stations required to convert to digital, Low Power TV (LPTV) broadcasters will be able to continue broadcasting in analog.

LPTV stations are used as major network affiliates (ABC, CBS, Azteca America, Univision, etc.)in many markets across America. So while it is true that Full Power stations analog signals will disappear, not so for LPTV, for which no transition date has been established.

Don't throw away those analog TV sets just yet.
