Borland on Monday named former Dell executive Peter Morowski as its senior vice president of engineering and its research and development chief. Morowski served as Dell's vice president of software prior to joining the enterprise software company.
While at Dell, Morowski created the computer's enterprise software organization and set product strategy. Morowski previously served as chief technology officer at IBM/Tivoli Systems.
