This article also states ""We know we have a useful product, but we're trying to determine how good a business we have," he said." an easy answer for Microsoft and Boeing - Open Source the "products" and establish a broader "sales" and "marketing" base for the services offerings!

Lower Prices?

Since the author didnt detail prices and I dont feel like googling the site I can only assume it is price. The could lowerr the prices of that and those stupid airphones everyone gives to their kids to play with but no one actually uses.

It would not cost that much more to outfit a PC on a airplan with a 500 GB storage and a ton of movies to watch. Stream locally. Rent movies. Google could do that.
