Bluetooth goes retail
Ericsson foresees a time when people with Bluetooth-enabled devices will be able to easily download coupons or watch videos when they walk near the Blip device. The machine runs uCLinux, a version of the Linux operating system for small gadgets that is supported by Red Hat and Lineo. Ericsson will offer software kits to help people program the device to their own needs.
