About the V-chip
Wow! A V-chip! Who the hell uses it anyways? It doesn't even work. And the manufacturer includes it with the product whether you wat it or not. Next time I buy a new TV, I'm going to make sure it doesn't come with a V-Sh**.
It'll probably saved me a few of bucks without it. With the extra bucks, I'll still be shopping at Best Buy and buy more products without V-S**.

What?
"But it's certainly clear that you can sue anyone in the supply chain, down to the consumer who bought the product. And they can be liable whether they know the product is infringing or not."

So, you are going to tell me that if I buy a product, and it turns out that some aspect of the product infringes on someone's patent, I can be sued even though I had nothing to do with it? That is just plain ludicrous. Go after the company that committed the infringement. Leave the retailer and the consumer alone.

Once more.....
Chinese arrogance comes to the front. No one in China, from the
government on down, believes that they have to consider any
non-Chinese laws, regulations, copyrights or opinions. The 'One
China' policy obviously means that anyhting that's not in the
'One China' sphere does deserve to exist.

So now we need to get the internet into China as fast and as
deep as we can. Once the Chinese people begin to understand
freedom and true communications, the 'One China' dragon, and
the current Chinese government will be just a small page in the
history book.

After all, Coca-Cola and blue jeans took out the Soviet Union.
