I just got a program called DOSBOX setup to play my old fantastic game Extreme Assault, in 3DFX mode no less! I think the game market is too saturated with terrible and pointless games... just like the movie market.

Why arcade games aren't popular anymore
by Orion Blastar April 15, 2007 4:22 PM PDT
back in the old days the arcade game technology was more advanced than the console game technology. In these modern days the console technology is more advanced than the arcade machine technology meaning better graphics and sound on the console games. Console games can be played for free after buying or renting them. Now the game consoles have the old school games for playing over the Internet using Wii, XBox 360, Playstation 3 network accounts.
