Apple issues iPhoto update

Apple Computer issued a minor update to its recently released iPhoto 5 application. According to Apple, iPhoto 5.0.1 addresses issues with upgrading photo libraries from older versions of iPhoto, as well as problems with importing movies. It also includes a number of other minor fixes.
A number of people reported various headaches in moving from older versions to the new iPhoto, which debuted Jan. 22 as part of Apple's $79 iLife '05 suite.
