Haha, this is hilarious
I can't believe the ever-so-great Apple has ran into a problem :-o ! What EVER will they do? I don't blame the guy for not backing down.....Well, for $1 billion, I would probably sell it to them.....I mean, afterall, isn't it worth that much to Apple??

Citizen Gates LOL (too)
Remember when Mike Rowe from Canada had his "MikeRoweSoft.ca" web site & Citizen Gates' goose stepping brown boots kicked down his door?
After enormous bad press from the free press & internet, M$ back down & ended up giving the dude an XBox + cash to "convince" him to changing his site's name because of all the "harm & confusion to M$ customers & brand throughout the world" his tiny little site was causing so much heartburn in Redmond.
