As a whole the world should lock all of these crappware filled countries and criminal states out of the WWW all together. Make it hard for the whole country to use the web world wide and the country it self will rebel against these criminals and take action to stop the activities. And yes, I am saying that the line should be cut, blocked and redirected or censored. I am sure they can work around it, but it will make it financially illogical to attempt this type of activity.

uuuh, how about lock out all the idiots who fall for these scams? Maybe have a mandatory intelligence test before you can use the internet.

You cannot block a country out of the internet. Especially not Russia.

I guess when you get a pop up saying that your computer is infected, the first thing you do is throw your credit card number at whoever threw that pop up at you. Why are people so stupid?

I do find it funny how the program does not work on Russian computers. Its genius.
