Yes, stupid and thats why so many Americans are being scammed by Russians. You sure its the Russians who are stupid and Baka isnt directed at the user who obviously is not Russian?
As a whole the world should lock all of these crappware filled countries and criminal states out of the WWW all together. Make it hard for the whole country to use the web world wide and the country it self will rebel against these criminals and take action to stop the activities. And yes, I am saying that the line should be cut, blocked and redirected or censored. I am sure they can work around it, but it will make it financially illogical to attempt this type of activity.
