Andale, PayPal combining on services

Andale and PayPal will announce an agreement Tuesday to offer services to customers of both companies. As part of the multiyear deal, online payment service PayPal will allow its customers to build virtual storefronts using Andale's services. Additionally, auction service provider Andale will offer PayPal as its default payment method in its storefronts.

The first phase of the deal will debut Tuesday, when PayPal will begin linking to Andale's storefront service from its PayPal Shops area. The two will share revenue generated by the agreement, Andale representatives said.
