Its the same strategy as with the HD iPods, buy a very large
chunk of the available storage in advance and bring a cool, small
and nicely priced product on the market.

At the moment Apple is the only player in the market that can
pull a stunt like this, i see yet again booming sales for a few
years. Don't think there is a way back now, if they don't do
stupid things then Apple has won the player and online music
battle for at least the next 10 years.

This may also reduce the price of the players altogether. And with the rumor of them supplying a Video iPod for Christmas, makes a big hole for the already available color iPods to drop significantly in price.
