Adobe says revenue on target

Software maker Adobe Systems said Thursday that it is on track to meet previously announced targets for its fiscal first quarter. In its midquarter update, the company reiterated its forecast for revenue of $265 million to $280 million and pro forma earnings of 20 cents to 22 cents per share.

Last quarter, Adobe reported revenue of $264.5 million, down substantially from the same period the previous year. The company is scheduled to report its first-quarter results March 14.
