Does this benefit the consumer?

Is this going to benefit the people who's mobile screens will be cluttered with this garbage?

Will these advertisements be paying for extra mobile minutes? Kind of like you watch a commercial because it's paying for your television program?

If not, I know I don't want to see it on my mobile screen.
