Comments on: Picture fuzzy for organic thin TVs

OLED TVs are thin and have a great picture. But most manufacturers will hold off for several years.

2105?
by sirrobertm January 8, 2008 11:15 AM PST
Please fix the mistake in the article. The first reference to the possible release of OLED TVs is correct, but the second says 2105, when it should say 2015. I doubt anyone can predict what type of TVs we will have in 100 years.

OLEDs will probably be so 2080 by then. We meant 2015.
Raster Burn.

Just like Plasma and CRT OLD will have problems with Raster burn. This may be minimized, however it will not go away.

DLP will have the best picture and the best size/price. LCD will be the best if you must hang your TV on the wall.
