Tried Skype, pretty crappy quality...

Don't really see why people use it. Lots of noise and bad quality, at least on Mac.

And on a Mac. regular calls and conference calls no problem, good
quality, Im pleased.

Maybe Skype perfromance depends on the quality and speed of
your internet service.
