If you go through a storm, your phone lines will be down, and so will your cable internet, so no phone anyway right?? plus if you wanted good 911 access, you shouldn't have got voip to start with, you get what you pay for

Are these senators that dumb not to realize, if your phone sevice goes down, mostly your broadband service is down too?
