(3 Comments)That closing sentence in the article is evidence the author has no clue about the revolution in voice communications that the internet is providing nor what Skype must be doing in order to provide the "premium" service since the premise of the premium service is to allow you to connect to non-internet phones means that Skype already has connections to the regular phone network.
