If you currently relay on VoIP and don't have access to 911 make sure you have your local police, fire and ambulance numbers nearby.(like the old days before 911)

How hard is it ...

... to link up the IP-location information of YOUR OWN VoIP phone with the LAX of that location's 911 circuit? Maybe have a little utility even so that you can update it if you move?
