Why use port 69 in the first place??

This is AT&T's fault for using a port assigned for TFTP for VoIP calls.

VoIP calls could be accessible

I often travel to eastern countries and they do block lots of internet service, also VoIP is one of them. They often block skype for example. And i found the solution. While i travel in the foreign country i use the VPN service like www.strongvpn.com cause it gives u lots of benefits, like 24h support, encryption the traffic, even the mobile devices are supported and exactly no any badwidth charges. hope it helps, unfortunately all kind of good services are payed...
