(4 Comments)I'm very suprised the wi-fi didn't get bogged down. However, it
wasn't only the cell towers that were maxed out, the land
interchanges were also overloaded, even in rural districts. I had
to call one district by VOIP to get a connection that evening. I
knew cell towers would be in heavy demand so I refused to go
cell to cell, but a rural land district being maxed out??? That
blew my breaker.
I remember another land line district that had to expand their
interchange routers (2 prefixes) due to almost DAILY getting the
message "all circuits are busy, please try your call again later".
I know of two other cities (smaller) in Mn that also have City
wide WiFi. Smart option. Chaska did it as did another city.
