One major drawback

People living in low rent public housing projects are really not inclined to use computers in the first place. Now if a bank loans them money to buy a low cost computer, I'm sure that most of them will use the money to buy drugs and then never pay back the loan. Those that do buy a computer with the loan will soon find out that have no idea how to use the thing so it will most probably wind up in a pawn shop and the money will be used to buy drugs.

more true than the negatives raised around one pc per child. then again, why not extend the $100 pc to local audiences. no crank needed.
What about those of us in Baltimore County?

I personally live in Pikesville, MD. An area of Baltimore County and very close to the city. As a matter of fact I share my zip code with a part of the city. I would like to know whether those of us in Baltimore County will see these Wi-Fi networks or not?
