(3 Comments)The answer is simply because its takes time for a small wizard to grow and when he grows he indeed would be looking for a way to be like its owners in orders the current hackers has be trained by scientist but now they trying to greater than their masters.
I am hereby suggesting for the microsoft incooperation to create a computer programme that can lock hacker from their networks and endeavor to ensure database integrity within their members so as to prevent the internet flaws.
