Heaven forbid that companies want to see a search warrant before allowing law enforcement to run rampant over people's civil liberties. From the way this moron talks you'd think they were harboring Bin Laden on the premises.

Yes, the tone of the article suggests that these agents can't figure out a way to fight cyber crime so they have gone to plan B - blame someone else.

Cross border cooperation should start at the level of government, not service provider.

Why doesn't he point to the real issue, that it takes 4-6 months to get approval for the equivalent of an online search warrant? Maybe that process should be sped up?
