Wouldn't it be slightly better for your article to give a hyperlink to the Riemann hypothesis so as to put reders into the picture a bit better?

It is actually 123 pages long, not 23 pages.

So far most people are sceptic about his proof, but it will take some time to validate it.

Actually, ther is a hyperlink in the story (http://www.math.purdue.edu/~branges/) to the page of de Branges; where you can find a PDF called Apology for the proof of the Riemann hypothesis, and gives an oiverview of the hypothesis.
