Video on the internet for the masses

You can avoid the $500/month charge by using http://www.vobbo.com/ - it's not internet video phones, it may be even more convenient. Live webcam recording of messages up to 5 minutes in length, published online until you choose to delete them. You can record the message, send a link to your business partner (or friends, family, I guess), and it's there when they need to see it.
