How do I Beta test it?

The silence as to a release date goes a way towards discounting vaporware accusations but "sometime" in '06 is a way off.

I wouldn't mind beta testing it to get it a year earlier.

A new form of program tracking?!

Oh that is just disturbing. I know if I finally buy a new PC or build one and I get (with new PC) or buy this new OS, the FIRST thing I will be doing is removing that extra feature, or at least disabling it!
