(3 Comments)The problem is that public information can be locked in proprietary software whose document formats become obsolete or cannot be read by people using software from another company"... as though the "Private" and "Co-Operative Sectors in other countries around the world does not constitute that much significant need for Open Electronic Document Access similar to that of Government when there appears to be millions of private banks, financial services institutions and othet companies with such needs!
