Wanted to mention that Telugu, in addition to Hindi and Tamil is another Indian language in which the govt. released software recently, and is distributing CDs.

... with the native tougues such as Telugu, in addition to Hindi and Tamil languages communicate with; lets say, persons that understand and communicate only in "International English" being one of the accepted international languages.
