1) the company adopts the open source,
install the software make the ports
2) those who cannot live without the word, excel,
ie5, and all that **** that comes with,
are advised to to the the software shop,
BUY his PERSONAL version of the software,
and install on his/her computer...
3) When the person leaves the company, he/her
can take the software with him.
4) Upgrades virus protection, .net chargers...
are taken from the user...
4) Maintenance costs...
printer setup, lost data, backups,
the same politics...
5) Need a more powerfull machine??
because the .net does not work on the
w95???? no problem
just an upgrade... will solve...
I bet that 99% of them will switch to open source
without complain!!! that was what we did
here... and it worked as a charm...
