Trademark??????

It seems blatantly obvious that Microsoft has no legitimate claim
to 'Windows' and a trademark. Virtually every OS has windows,
some much better that what MS provides. MS might make a case
for 'Microsoft Windows', but that doesn't provide a reason to go
after Lindows.

Once more the 800 pound gorilla assumes that it has the weight
to redefine law.

Microsoft steals from Apple and wins. I am curious to see the outcome here. By the way, does Microsoft own the name to the square pieces of glass in my house called "windows". Maybe the building/carpenter(s) industry should sue microsoft for using the term "windows".
