Yet again, CNET fails. Maybe you should try Runescape HD before posting the specs. I have a 1.8 GHz computer with 512 MB of RAM and a 128 MB GPU. When I tried to play Runescape HD, it lags really bad. And I have iTunes, which runs perfectly fine too. But not Runescape HD.

I had the same problem when it came out, but after a month, I can play it with max graphics fine, and my computer is a piece of crap =)
Try playing it again and I'm pretty sure that the problem will be a thing of the past.

the reason why there was so much lag in the ealry stages of HD was that it was A) Being downloaded by thousands of people at the same time and B) it was in Beta stage. At this time the graphic specs are valid and the lag has been decreased tenfold.
