cool track and great idea for a site. I wouldn't take much to convert this site to a collaboration site so musicians can up load parts of tracks and make notes on it so overs can jam along too.

Hey Josh, thanks for the post & the great feedback. There's one little thing I'd like to point out though ;) There's of course a few people sharing more demos and looking for a record deal etc but the majority of the SoundCloud users are artists that already have record deals, labels sending promo's to their already established network etc. I.e. its a lot of professionals who aren't necessarily primarily looking to find new people but rather work in a better way with the network they already have. The private sharing is the primary way of sharing tracks and its often songs that are scheduled for release in 1-2 months. From the artist perspective its very much like @ninjamonk says, its a great way to collaborate!

Nice news!!! woohoo,I will rate it 4 stars at least

Yesterday, I deleted an import system file incautiously. What an anger!!!. Minutes later, I found http://www.recovery-soft.com has data recovery software, I installed, did as it tells me to do, then everything goes back!!! If not, I can't get this news.

what amazing!!!

Wow, what a great, simple idea !!!! As a musician, I can see very well how this might make things easier for just what it has been desigend for.
I guess those 100 invites were quickly gone, as my webware name was deemed "invalid"...
I hope this is going to be available to the public soon.
Thanks for pointing it ou!
