Adobe is launching an online community with a word processor and file sharing, while adding Flash and interactive maps to Acrobat 9.

These are some great ideas, and also a good "platform" to mash them up... but I would've really preferred if they had spent more time on the performance of Acrobat at start up. I'm sure this baby won't boot up any faster... but I hope so.
