Haha! I used the same Zombie app pic when I blogged about the most annoying things about Facebook. It's terrible! I also agree that the sell your friends app is awful.

Has life become so serious that these few indulgences can't be endured? Does one really need to take a stand against bad apps? Ignore them.

Rafe, Friends for Sale is awesome. You just need to make some purchases and then you will understand.

Andrew, I got sucked into FFS for a while before I realized I could end up spending WAY too much time in it. And for what?

Apps have wrecked facebook for me. There was once upon a time when I preferred it to myspace, when I could see who was attending the same classes as me but it finally morphed into the same perils of social network trash. Only time I log into either Myspace or Facebook is by notification.

Facebook takes more wrestling with privacy settings but it is manageable to rid yourself of a majority of the news feed trash but everything would be solved they added one almighty simple feature. BLOCK APPLICATION REQUESTS and ONLY DISPLAY NEWS ITEMS FOR APPS INSTALLED.
