Depends on flash from the onset ... not a good idea. You have to present something interesting enough for people to wait for, not start with a wait.

They just unveiled a massive site overhaul this year, they spent thousands of hours working on it. Can't believe you missed it.

Right now they have a winter theme for the holidays.
