Hey there, thanks for reviewing our application -- seems like you've really done your homework and we appreciate you taking the time to check out our service.

One small note/correction: You say, "The service hooks up with your iTunes library... it manages to do this with a (Windows only) plug-in...)

Currently, our iTunes plug-in is compatible for BOTH Windows and Mac.

During the plug-in download prompt, we auto-detect what operating system our users are using and display the correct version for them to install (which is why you were not given the option to install the Mac version).

And as you mentioned, in the next 7-10 days, we will be releasing a Windows Media Player version of our plug-in to better satisfy our "technologically diverse" demographic.

Runs on Tiger but not on Leopard

Hi

I had QLOUD running on tiger on my old mac, but with Leopard it just hangs iTunes (unles they've sorted it out since the weekend...)

Got aa mail from them this am saying that an update is now available which works with Leopard - haven't had a chance to try yet, but no doubt they're correct.
