tweaking the news feed

I can't seem to figure out WHERE I go to find the controls for the news feed...anyone?

login to facebook and click the ''facebook'' logo in the top-left corner. at the top you should see the title ''news feed'' and then to the right, ''preferences''. here is the sliders.

to the right of where it says newsfeed is a link that says prefrences...click on that and you then you can alter everything
