So, you used a program that not only stuffed you into congestion, but kept "snaking" you back to that road even after using the magical new dragging feature to bypass it.

Great feature

Found this feature yesterday - there is a neat video on how to use this feature (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KPOOWvP_dd8) though it is pretty intuitive. Google maps kept wanting me to use the toll road and this helped me map out an alternate road, at another point was able to avoid an exit where there was construction.
