OK, so you have a LARGE company, and the employees drive in to work every day, and some may have commutes that are more than an hour. Consider these opportunities for Tweets:
1. It is snowing. a LOT, and roads are closed. Tweet that the office is opening LATE, or that it's a Snow-Day, BE SAFE...
2. There are two main roads that are used to access the office, and an accident has closed one. Tweet which road is closed, and suggest the alternate route.
3. The Office had a good summer, and you are inviting all employees to the patio for free ice cream. NOW!
4. That big snow storm is blowing back into town. Tweet that the office is closing EARLY today. Drive Safe!
...and so on. All that is needed is to create ONE account for this business location, and let everyone know they can follow that ID for BizInfo.
"...Be sure the person who you want to see your message is following you, or they won't get it. "
