You'd have thought that Google would prefer users to use Chrome on Android but choice is always nice.

Google execs have called the Android browser "Chrome Lite" informally, and it's definitely related to regular Chrome to some degree. Clearly there's room for convergence, if nothing else in branding, as smartphones get smarter and WebKit gets more adept at mobile.

Thats sweet, I already tried out Fennec, and it's every bit as good as Safari Mobile, and even better since it has the capabilities to have add-ons.

I like the idea of Fennec + Weave, personally--synchronized changes across multiple browsers including mobile.

The only thing I'm looking for is adblock. I'm excited about being able to browse on my G1 without being assaulted by ads which take up way too much real estate.
