I am using a great scheduling tool for our vacation home. It is www.thevacationcalendar.com and it allows my family to schedule who is using our OBX vacation home. The site also has a blog, bulletin board, photo album and other features that make it fun for the whole family.

Another site to check out that I use personally and we use for work is www.airset.com collaborative sharing of schedules and more with all the bells and whistles most people need. The added bonus is having updates sent SMS so if something changes at the last minute you get notice of it.

My favorite small group scheduling website is TimeBridge.com
It's free, very easy to use, includes free conference calling, and even offers the option to share your calendar with whoever you wish. I love TimeBridge.

Uuugh ... long list, but worth reading. I'm throwing in www.yutiti.com . This is a service aimed at scheduling multiple resources.

I wonder why Appointy is not in your list. I would suggest you to try Appointy once. (http://www.appointy.com) . You can see a demo here - http://demo.appointy.com or it can also be integrated nicely on any webpage . See an example here - http://punkyink.com/book-an-appointment/

Would something like 'http://www.schedulepointe.com/' fit the theme of this article?

We have been playing with http://www.scheduleitweb.co.uk which seems to do what people are asking foe here.

We use their desktop program which links with the web scheduling program perfectly for us.

Have you ever looked at meetingwizard.com or doodle.com or meetwithapproval.com? I was wondering how those sorts of sites compare. I've used MeetingWizard and been pretty happy with it so far, but it does have some limitations, like you can only list 12 meeting times per meeting, and only one location per meeting. But other than that I've found it to be wonderful!

I've been doing project work for one of the market leaders and researched a bunch of different companies in this category. You can find additional helpful reviews at the New York Times, PC World, Mashable around different solutions in this category.
Shiftboard, an online scheduling platform, ( http://www.shiftboard.com ) is one I recommend.
