This one offers lots of old-school nintendo, a few Sega games, it also offers lots of Flash games. One of my favorites, offered at last look, is Mike Tyson's Punch out. I've played a shortened version of Sonic the Hedgehog, Super Mario Brothers. All of them are free and require no sign-up to play. Just be careful what games you play at the office and if you have adblock, it would help as this site also lists some more adult games. They all render in javascript, but are worth it.
Thanks!

shockwave.com - a good selection of flash games.
and freeworldgroup.com has a large selection as well.
The best way to find these? When you click on a game, it will say where it came from - click there and check it out! :)
Have fun,
