A better alternative is Sharenik.com which allows you to share up to 15 photos and videos with up to 500 friends. You can also see who views your card and gather user comments.

A very easy way to send your videos in a customized ecard is to use jalapenyo.com It is very easy to do, and the ecards are great!

Create your own e-card with your own video. You can say what you want, and they have e-cards for every occasion. Check them out!
