My tweet was actually referring to the gratuitous videos of celebrations going on around the globe...I was half expecting to see someone playing drums made out of storm trooper helmets.

Silver's apparently already demonstrated his skill at poker, too:

"After work he?d unwind by playing Yahoo!?s free online poker game. Poker revolves around pattern detection and swiftly parsing through information. Silver was a natural and figured he could make real money gambling online. With poker?s popularity beginning to crest, Silver surmised that the influx of new players would allow ?a mediocre player to be supported a lot longer than usual because they feed off the bad players.? Considering himself far better than mediocre, he?d play up to four tables at once."

Nice list. There are some other great election tweets at BestAt Twitter, which is sort of a "Best of Twitter" feed for funny updates from Twitterers...

Great round-up - some really funny stuff here. Another great Twitter resource is a new microsite I've been working on with Tropicana. The site collates all the tweets about the election in a really interesting way - think of it as "Freshly Squeezed Election Tweets!" The site shows frequency and context of election-related terms, live as they happen. Consider it a living information graphic: the picture changes over time as the conversation develops over time. The site continues to pull a continuous stream of tweets mentioning Obama and McCain. it's a great visual backdrop and organizational tool for all the election-related chatter on Twitter.

The Obama Campaign for president has truly been inspiration for most people. His campaign has certainly proven that anything is possible as long as you put your mind to it.

I am an entreprenuer currently residing in Florida and I have created what I believe to be most unique Obama merchandise. It is an exact replica of the plane used by Obama for his campaign. Durable and beautifully designed for keeping for many years to come. Check out http://site.obamaplane.com for additional information.
