Hi Josh,

I'm Nicolas, User Experience and Product Manager at GoAnimate.

Thanks for trying out our tool and for the post. Glad you found the tool fairly intuitive. Your comments are duly noted as well. They are really helpful in letting us improve our interface and user experience.

We were actually discussing speech bubbles only yesterday and figuring our a way to allow delaying their appearance. Adapting the studio size to the screen resolution is also something we are looking into. We'd like to make it a bit clever in the style of Picnik rather than just play with a zoom in/out kind of feature like PlayCrafter.

As part of our official launch last week at Comic-Con we also organized a contest with a US$5,000 cash grand prize that will span from now until October 1st. Every animation created on the platform is entitled to compete.

Thanks again for the post.

Well, Nick, at least you definitely written a good critique on this cool website of yours! GoAnimate, which also happens to be on YouTube and Twitter, is definitely my Adobe Flash replacement of animation! Why? Because it IS Flash-powered! Now that's clever!
