I just got this the Motorola W755 two days ago and I love It. I have it an purple. The touch pad music controls on the front is a plus. It also has touch volume and bluetooth controls on the front too. I love the screen when watching Vcast videos it is so clear. The only draw back is the scrolling controls for menu options aren't great. I end up touching the wrong control by accident quite often. I give this phone an 8.5 out of 10.

I am extremely angry and vehemently appalled by Verizon's attitude towards their customers. I had to get a new phone and settled on the W755. Thereafter, I couldn't get Motorola Phone Tools to add my voluminous contacts. Motorola said that Phone Tools should work - unless I was a Verizon customer. Then I had the privilege of paying full price for a crippled phone. Verizon tech support gave me some bull about crippling to "protect the network". Then they tried to sell me a $5.95/month subscription for a program that essentially does half of what Phone Tools does. That's when the light came on. They will stop at no lie to induce you to spend more money. Fraud? You bet!!

I agree with Schimmers. It's appalling that Verizon should be permitted to cripple the functionality of phones we have bought in good faith. I guess a legitimate income is not in their greedy corporate agenda. While shopping for a phone I asked specifically if it was possible to download photos from the W755 onto my PC and I was told, "Oh yes, no problem." What liars. I'm complaining to the FCC, and I'll be moving to ATT where that sort of ripoff hasn't crossed their minds .. at least not yet. I'm pretty sure none of these telcos are angels though ... damn! I'm furious.

The way I found to download photos and video from my W755 was to use the Micro SD Card for which there is a slot hidden under the battery. If you insert the Micro SD Card and the turn on the phone it recognizes the card and notes it is installed. Then go to your Photos or Videos; view them one at a time and under options pick MOVE and it will copy the data onto the Micro SD Card which you will then need to remove and read into your PC. Good luck.
