- I purchased a Suntronic 46" outdoor LCD display. After paying for it in advance, it arrived and was nonfunctional. I have repeatedly contacted the technical support staff at I-Tech (the US distributor for Suntronic) and this piece of junk still does not work. The technical support staff can barely speak English and never seem to answer the phone. They do not respond to emails. This company promises to send parts to fix their defective equipment and it does not arrive when the say it will. They will not refund my money or send a new unit to replace this poorly designed equipment. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

- ITech finally sent out the repair parts for this defective unit. I installed the new repair parts in spite of the badly written instructions that were sent. The unit is working now. I am still disappointed in the technical support that was provided. The documentation for this device is very poor.
