Usually the product and deals listed here are great, however I got one of these mice included with a cooling pad. Junk would be an insult to landfills everywhere.

- Just a quick comment - the complaint above was for another company - not Yugster. I'm actually one of the Owner's -- we simply would never have someone go 1.5 months without a reply or help -- in fact, almost all issues are handled same day as best we are able. With hundreds of orders going out per day things do come up but we really do work hard to resolve.
