I'm also a customer of 5 years who is extremely satisfied. T-Mobile Customer Service reminds me of the old days, where this department was intended to actually service the customer as opposed to most modern companies. I live in the St. Louis area where they have outstanding reception. On two occasions upon going way over on my plan I called and asked to increase my minutes and have it retroactive to avoid incurring overages and on both occasions they gladly did so. They could have a better selection of phones but all in all I would not consider switching cellular carriers.

The J.D. Power awards are scams. T-Mobile has the worst possible coverage. Worst selection on phones. Worst roaming terms, but they keep winning awards? Why? Because they cost less. So a T-Mobile customer will look past every single other fault, and claim T-Mo to be the best, because they cost less. J.D. Power doesn't test anything, they just ask customers to fill out a survey. They don't make you prove you even have T-Mobile. It's a scam!
