- The J.D. Power awards are scams. T-Mobile has the worst possible coverage. Worst selection on phones. Worst roaming terms, but they keep winning awards? Why? Because they cost less. So a T-Mobile customer will look past every single other fault, and claim T-Mo to be the best, because they cost less. J.D. Power doesn't test anything, they just ask customers to fill out a survey. They don't make you prove you even have T-Mobile. It's a scam!
