Microsoft should spend more time fixing their software than playing host to the media. When I tried to update the Zune software to 2.5, it got "stuck" at 99%, leaving me no choice than to reboor, uninstall and then re-install. Well, that worked, but now my Zune goes into endless "Sync" cycles. As soon as one completes, it starts all over again. Great cookies - bah! How about more of their crappy software. It totally overshadows their great hardware device.
